總  結   本次研討會分別邀請了三位分別來自日本、香港及澳門的講者，討論設施管理於未來的發展及如何創新。 古板幸代女仕分享設施管理在日本的發展歷史，談及女性在這行業的重要性，設施管理這門科學在日本早於上世紀70年代已開始被推廣，發展比鄰近地區成熟，澳門近年經濟急促發展，設施管理專業人才不足，我們可借鑑日本的經驗去創造一個合適澳門使用的管理模式。 何智豪先生講述科技於設施管理上的應用，現今市場已有很多成熟的技術，但於推行及使用上存在很多困難，如何解除科技於應用層面的阻礙，是設施管理現正面對的問題。 梁超明先生講述他多年的危機處理經驗，以位於橫琴的澳門大學新校址為例子，因校舍地理位置特殊，分享於制定危機處埋時所需要考慮的地方，不同的設施其危機處理制定方法都會不同。 本人在此謹代表澳門設施管理學會，感謝三位講者，本會永遠榮譽顧問及學術總監陳炯釗博士、會長張錦昌先生、全體會員、司儀彭嘉輝及Violet的幫助，還有澳門基金會及中國銀行澳門分行的贊助，使本次研討會完滿成功。 理事長 冼道明先生  

簡  報 是次研討會於本年3月獲澳門基金批給資助，籌備工作隨即展開，包括： 委托世駿國際有限公司為大會引薦國際知名的設施管理專家作為主講嘉賓； 邀請劉永誠議員擔任主禮嘉賓； 邀請政府部門及包括酒店、博彩機構、銀行及其他大型私人機構參與會議； 編製會議日程及專業議程以及跟進接待工作等。 會議當天成功邀請了來自加拿大、日本、中國、香港及澳門多位業界領導(詳見附件 – 講者簡介)分享如何使用設施管理提升整體工作效益的成功個案，與會人數共有111人，其中包括衛生局、民政總署、土地工務運輸局及旅遊學院等公共部門和機構，以及澳門自來水公司、澳門博彩控股有限公、澳門美高梅永利皇宮，澳門置地廣場酒店)及、中國銀行、中國建設銀行澳門分行等私人機構。會議氣氛熱烈，特別是Q & A時段，與會者積極提問，主講嘉賓亦不吝分享經驗和見解，通過交流和互動，讓與會者深入了解如何利用設施管理提升整體工作效益，掌握有關概念，並通過例子說明其實際作用，以便能在企業的日常工作中加以應用。 總的來說，是次研討會為澳門及外地設施管理專業的從業員和專家搭建了交流的平台，來自各地的講者及同行人士可了解澳門現時設施管理的發展情況，而澳門業界亦能從外地的成功個案中汲取經驗，從而有所裨益，並能建立雙方的聯繫，有利日後共同促進設施管理專業的進一步發展。

MFMA was invited by Japan Facility Management Association (JFMA) to attend JFMA forum 2013 from 12th to 14th March held in Tower Hal Funabori, Tokyo, Japan. JFMA forum is the biggest facility management event in Japan with about 3,000 people participated this year, and its constitution include keynote speech, educational seminars, Asia FM summit, Exhibition, Charity concert, and JFMA award memorial speech etc. (Read more – Chinese version Only)

Organized by MFMA, and sponsorship from Macao Foundation, the “Visit Japan Facility Management Association (JFMA) & Facilities in Tokyo” event was held from 23rd to 28th September 2012. The objective is to exchange experiences in between the two cities, to discuss the role of facility management in term of city development, urban renewal, energy management, green environment technology, building design and improvement on facility management. JFMA also arranged facilities visit on major leading enterprises include Mitsubishi Estate, Taisei corporation, NTT facility management, Uchida, Wowow, and Pasona Group. 2012 IFMA’s world workplace (WWP12) was held in San Antonio, Texas, USA from 31th Oct to 2nd Nov 2012. WWP is the world’s premier workplace conference and expo, it brings the industry leaders from the world’s top business and organizations together with educators and exhibitors to analyze the trends and review the new products for facility management. With sponsorship from Macao Foundation, three council members were elected to represent MFMA to participate WWP12. Keynote speech by American Japanese Mr. Guy Kawasaki. 2011 Facility management seminar was organized by MFMA in 17th Dec 2011 at Macau Science Center, with the title of “How to utilize Facility Management to improve the operation efficiency and effectiveness”.
